By April 01, 2018, Rio Crossing in Avondale AZ registered 32 property sales recorded for the past 12-month reporting period, and the avg home sale prices of $240,172 expanded 5% over the home sales price avg of $229,664 one year ago. Closed house prices are fluctuating presently from $175,000 to $310,000 with an avg sales price per sq ft of near $101. The number of house sales for Rio Crossing showed a 23% rise in comparison to the same report cycle one year ago, which saw 26 home sales - a year-to-year rise of 6 closed sales.
