Verrado Subdivision in Buckey Sees Gain of 10.9% in Total Home Sales

Through the end of November 2016, Verrado has seen a total of 275 house sales year to date as the average sales price of $310,757 gained 1.4% over the average closed price of $306,549 from the same reporting period a year ago. In comparison to the same period a year ago, which had 248 sold homes, Verrado posted a 10.9% rise in overall volume of sold residential listings, showing a net increase 27 completed sales transactions. The 300,000-399,999 price category showed one of the greatest numbers of completed sales this year with 98 completed purchases.

Through November, Verrado showed 527 active for sale properties in 2016. With 212 residences for sale, the 300,000-399,999 price category recorded one of the highest numbers of properties listed. When compared to the same reporting period in 2015, which posted 497 properties for sale, Verrado reported a 6% gain in the total amount of active residential listings, showing a net rise of 30 residential homes. The average year-to-date active list price posted an increase of 1.3% when compared to the same period last year, coming in at $350,395. The average days on market for active property listings in Verrado was 113 days through the month of November. This is a 15.3% increase from the average when compared to this period during 2015. Tartesso Community Buckeye, AZ Records Gain in Listed Home Purchase Price

Tartesso saw 62 residential listings sold year to date as of November 30, 2016, and the average price of $205,253 showed a gain of 13.6% from this period in 2015. Compared to this time period one year ago, which showed 89 sold homes, Tartesso saw a 30.3% drop in total volume of sold listings, a year-over-year net decline 27 completed transactions. At 33 homes sold year to date, the 200,000-249,999 price bracket saw one of the largest numbers of closed sales.

Tartesso reported 126 actively listed homes so far in 2016 through November. The 200,000-249,999 price category had one of the largest numbers of residences for sale with 47 listings. In comparison to the same period one year ago, which recorded 132 properties for sale, Tartesso posted a 4.5% fall in the overall number of active listings, a year-over-year net fall of 6 homes. The area's year-to-date average active list price of $211,111 saw an increase of 10% above the average price of $191,842 from the same reporting period one year ago. The cumulative days on market for active property listings in Tartesso was 69 days through November, which is a .0% change when compared to this time range in 2015. Listed homes for sale are staying on the market the same amount of time.

Verrado Subdivision in Buckeye Records Increase in Listings Sold

As of October, Verrado reported a total of 252 residential listings sold year to date. The average sales price of $309,113 gained 1.6% over the average price of $304,177 from this reporting period a year ago. Compared to the same time period a year ago, which posted 233 sold homes, Verrado experienced an 8.2% increase in total number of sold listings, showing a net rise 19 completed sales transactions. The 300,000-399,999 price category showed one of the largest numbers of homes sales this year with 85 closed transactions.

Verrado has seen 499 active residential listings during 2016 through October 31. The 300,000-399,999 price category recorded one of the largest numbers of houses for sale with 200 properties listed. Compared to the same period a year ago, which showed 477 houses for sale, Verrado experienced a 4.6% rise in the total amount of active residential listings, a year-to-year increase of 22 properties. The average active listed price year to date posted an increase of .7% from the same reporting period during 2015, advancing to $348,791. Listed homes are taking more time to sell this year on average. When compared to this period one year ago, the average days on market for active residential listings in Verrado was 113 days, a rise of 16.5%.

Buckeye, AZ House Sales Sees 11.2% Upturn

Buckeye, Arizona has seen a total of 1,801 residential properties sold year to date as of October 2016. The average sales price of $207,900 was an increase of 8% over 2015 over the same time period. Also, Buckeye experienced an 11% increase in total number of sold listings, showing a net advance 181 completed sales. The 160,000-179,999 price bracket had one of the greatest numbers of property sales this year at 361 completed transactions.

Throughout 2016 so far, Buckeye has see a total of 2,957 active properties for sale, with the 200,000-249,999 price range led the listings with 609 houses for sale.. When compared to the same time range one year ago, which recorded 2,753 residences for sale, Buckeye saw a 7.4% rise in active listings, a year-to-year gain of 204 homes for sale. The area's year-to-date average active list price of $235,100 was 8% higher than the average listed price of $217,600 in 2015. Home for sale in Buckeye are staying on the market fewer days this year on average declining 5.4% from 2015 to 70 days from listing the home to closing the sale.
